Villages of Parker

Locals use two names for the same place: Villages of Parker is the legal one, Canterberry Crossing is the one you’ll hear around town. It sits about three miles east of Mainstreet on some of Parker’s higher ground, with Canterberry Parkway running through it and Hess Road and Parker Road close by.

Most of the 2,583 homes went up from 2000 onward — Ryland, Engle, Standard Pacific, David Weekley and Meritage all built here — so expect two-story, tri-level and ranch plans on lots from roughly 5,000 square feet up toward a quarter acre. The private Black Bear Golf Club, a 1996 Jeff Brauer design, threads through the middle, and the master association maintains five parks, two sets of tennis courts and a pool.

Frontier Valley Elementary sits inside the neighborhood on East Canterberry Trail, feeding Cimarron Middle and Legend High. The Tallman Gulch Trail links you west toward Sulphur Gulch and downtown. We’re happy to show you around.
