Running Brook Estates lies about four and a half miles north of Elizabeth, where County Road 13 meets Running Brook Road — the stretch of Elbert County that still feels like open country even though Parker is a short drive away. The subdivision was recorded in 1985 and built out gradually, so you will find ranch homes with finished walkout basements next to two-story and bi-level designs, most sitting on roughly two to three acres.
